The special tatting knitting technique, also known as frivolité or shuttle tatting, has been used to make traditional tatting lace with eye-shaped appendages for a long time. This technique is gladly used to work on coasters, tablecloths, or lace appliqués for pieces of clothing.

For this special handicraft, Prym offers tatting shuttle for winding and knotting thread into various sizes and materials. Its a classic tatting shuttle whether in the blue or grey version (either will be supplied) and is 6.5cm long.  Has the Prym name on the side.

As with all tatting shuttles do not overfill with thread so that the tips no longer touch and it can unwind easily.
